2. Dive straight into the deals on the home page or using the Hot Savings, Coupons, and Free Shipping links in the upper left-hand corner.
3. Find the stores you’re interested in and save big using the category links. You can easily sort each category by store name, subcategory, or rate.
Is Compliments Rewards secure?
All the information you provide
to Compliments Rewards is secured with SSL encryption in transit and stored in
a secured database. Your information will never be sold or provided to third-parties
as outlined in the Compliments Rewards Privacy Policy. All transactions take
place on the retailers’ respective sites, so your credit card information is never
provided to or stored on Compliments Rewards.
What if I forget my password?
There is a simple and secure password
recovery feature on the My Account sign in page. Go to Compliments Rewards, choose
My Account from the top menu and click on the "Forgot your password?" link. From
there, you will be able to recover your password by supplying your e-mail address
and clicking on the "Go" button. You will receive an e-mail shortly thereafter with
the instructions for recovering your password.
What are CashBack dollars?
Most of the products and services
offered by the many quality merchants on Compliments Rewards generate bonuses
at the time of sale. When you make a qualifying CashBack purchase, your account
will be credited with CashBack dollars once your transaction has cleared.
What is the CashBack amount for a particular purchase?
The CashBack dollar amount is
determined by the individual merchant. CashBack dollars are paid as either a flat-rate
dollar amount or a percentage of the qualifying purchase price. CashBack dollar
amounts may vary depending on the purchase amount or item purchased and, in some
cases, certain items and special discounts may not qualify for CashBack dollars.
Once your transaction has processed, you will be able to view the exact CashBack
dollar amount generated under "My Account" on Compliments Rewards.
How long does it take for a transaction to appear under "My Account?"
The purchases you make will show up in the "Transaction History" section under "My Account" within 14 days after the purchase was made. In the rare event that a transaction and subsequent Cashback is considered to be "missing," initial inquiry must be made within 6 months from the date of purchase.
How are CashBack dollars paid out?
CashBack dollars for qualifying
transactions are paid out upon request provided they have fully cleared and are
equal to at least $25.00. Once the CashBack dollars totaling at least $25.00 have
cleared, you can request a CashBack payment by choosing "Request a Payment" under
the "My Account" section of Compliments Rewards.
How long does it take for a transaction to be fully cleared?
Typically, it will take 6-10 weeks for a transaction to fully clear. The exact time to clear varies depending on merchant processing times and return policies.
